and eating a billion sweets. I thought I would share my current solution to the lingering sweet tooth that I can’t seem to shake. You mean, the one that suddenly emerges after you binge on nothing but sugar for two solid days? Ya. That one. I’m serious, this recipe has been proven to help curb your desire to have easter candy for breakfast.
Enter: Coconut and Cashew Granola.
It is fabulously (and naturally) sweet with a bunch of wonderful health benefits, to boot.
1 ¼ cup rolled oats
½ cup raw cashews
2 tablespoons Trulia Brown Sugar Mix ®
3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
½ cup coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened, its up to you)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw honey
6-7 dates (chopped)
1 “dash” of cinnamon
