Weekend Wrap 10.27.14

How was your weekend? Wonderful, I hope. Colt and I had a work-filled one, with a little date night thrown in. Lately, that’s a “weekend” for us; a few hours in the evening where we can hang out and go explore our city. Oh. And if this week is a big one for you, take heart! I’m right there with you. I’ll be heading down to Ft. Lauderdale for the week to work with the Regal marketing team at another one of their awesome boat shows. Exciting as that is, though, I am yet to get the things done that I need to do here, in Jacksonville. This morning is the last bit of calm I get before an exciting week, so I’ll let the pictures do the talking.

For those of you with a lot on your plate this crisp Monday morning, here’s some fuel for your busy soul:

“But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.  He will be like a tree planted by the water and sends out its roots by the stream.  It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.  It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”       -Jeremiah 17: 7-8

Have a blessed week.

A little post-work selfie in my H&M tuxedo trousers and Everlane tee (note: the “I’m done for the day” hair… cute.).

Colt & I celebrated a mini milestone on Sunday. Can’t believe it’s already been a year since he asked me to be his wife.
